Security Practices & Trust Center

Last Updated: March, 2026

At Labor Safety Group LLC, security is a core part of our business and SaaS products. We use a multi-layered approach to protect customer data and ensure OSHA compliance reliability.

1. Data Protection & Encryption

  • In Transit: All data sent to or from our Services is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or later.

  • At Rest: Customer data is encrypted using AES-256 in our production environment.

2. Infrastructure & Hosting

Our Services are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) with:

  • High Availability: Multiple availability zones for redundancy

  • Physical Security: Data centers with strict access control and 24/7 monitoring

3. Compliance Framework

We align our security program with recognized standards:

  • ISO 27001 – Information Security Management

  • SOC 2 – Security and availability principles

4. Access Control

  • Authentication: Multi-factor authentication (MFA) for critical systems

  • Least Privilege: Access granted only as needed and regularly reviewed

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

5. Vulnerability Management

  • Monitoring: 24/7 logging and alerting for security incidents

  • Updates: Prompt deployment of security patches to maintain platform integrity

In case of a significant security incident affecting customer data, we will notify affected customers in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Limitation

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. Customers should take reasonable precautions with their accounts.
